Even just a phone call

I have not physically been to Marvin's yet and I can already tell you that they are very polite and willing to "earn" your money. I called Ashland Tire and Auto (ATA) to have a general inspection done for a couple of trips that I am planning on taking in the next couple of months. ATA asked when I was going and that it was good I wasn't leaving for a couple weeks because they could not get me in until Thursday. I'm calling the saturday before (5 days) at 10 am. I found Marvins called him up and he said stop by any time, I'll take a look. Done! I'm going to Marvins.
