They ruined my car

I did 120K service for my car at this shop and 10K after my car needs another 120K service. They might be cheap, but think twice - you might end up paying twice for the same service.

Shoddy, Dangerous, Duplicitous, Deceitful - don't patronize

Lioe's replaced the rack and pinion on my van. The mechanic broke off one of four bolts that hold it onto the frame, and then broke off his extraction tool in the hole when he tried to fix it. So he left the steering mechanism with only 3 of the 4 bolts installed and didn't tell me. Within 3 weeks the steering got so loos that I took the car in (to a different garage) because I thought I needed new front struts - the tech there found the problem, and fixed it for $200 - and showed me where he cut the broken flange from the car. I have the part with the broken tool embedded in it. had I not gotten it fixed, the rack and pinion could have come off while I was underway - which would have cause my car to become uncontrollable - so this idiot could have killed me, my family and other drivers because of his incompetence and deceit. Then he had the gall to say that it wasn't his problem.
